Hello there,

Sorry we’ve been a little remiss in catching up with TTT Today for so long. We can only say we’ve been extremely busy and ask for your understanding.

So what have we been up to?

First off, we had a fantastic tour of South Africa performing to thousands of enthusiastic new fans. Howzit!. Highlights included scaling Table Mountain in Cape Town (well, going up in the cable car at least), cuddling great cats in Glen Afric Wildlife Park outside Johannesburg and being invited to the premiere week of the Lion King, the first South African production of the musical ever launched.

After that we had a few short days to enjoy some time off. Well, most of us at least, the creative types in the group spent all their spare time arranging, sequencing, scheduling and generally preparing for rehearsals. Over a few short weeks we put the finishing touches on one of the most exciting projects in TTT history, Nostalgica. “No ordinary trip down memory lane, a two-hour high-energy journey of musical nostalgia through the greatest musical moments ever written. Old-fashioned standards, movie magic, hit parade classics… it’s the soundtrack to your life!”

That’s what it says in the blurb.

Before kicking the tour off, we took some time to travel to Auckland and sing the Australian anthem at one of the biggest events on the Rugby Union calendar, the final of both the Tri-Nations tournament and the Bledisloe Cup between old rivals Australia and New Zealand.

We’re thrilled to be back where it all started, touring in regional Australia and New Zealand. Over the next few weeks we’re hitting a huge variety of towns, some we haven’t visited in seven or eight years, some we’ve never performed in at all.

The Nostalgica tour starts in Victoria then follows a winding path all the way up to Cairns, tourist Mecca and birthplace of Drew Graham.

We’ll keep you updated.
